Girls K-8

Uniform

• Jumper (regulation plaid #51, levels K – 4 only) Jumper #194

• Regulation navy blue uniform shorts (may be worn in August, September, and May and when designated otherwise)

Blouse

• White uniform blouse with collar (Peter Pan or Oxford style-no trim)
• White Knit Polo shirt (solid, white, plain with collar)
• In winter months, a plain white turtleneck may be worn under the shirt.

Boys K-8

Uniform

• Regulation navy blue uniform dress pants
• Regulation navy blue uniform shorts (may be worn ONLY in August, September, and May)

Shirt

• Knit Polo shirt (solid, light blue or white with collar)
• Oxford shirt (solid, light blue or white)
• In winter months, a plain white turtleneck may be worn under the shirt.

 

Boys and Girks K-8

SOCKS

• Solid white socks 
• Tights (navy blue, white or black) may be worn by the girls in very cold weather under their uniform skirt or jumper. Footless tights are not permitted.

SHOES

• Athletic or sturdy dress shoes (no backless shoes or sandals)  Heelys are not permitted

SWEATERS/SWEATSHIRTS

• Sweater (navy blue cardigan only)
• Sweatshirt (must be the Prince of Peace navy blue sweatshirt with monogram in upper left corner of sweatshirt)

PHYSICAL EDUCATION (Grades/Levels 5-8)

• Gym shorts or sweat pants (loose-fitting)
• T-Shirt (plain & loose-fitting)
• Gym shoes

JEWELRY & MAKE-UP

• The girls may wear small post earrings and a watch. 
• The boys may wear a watch.
• A religious medal and chain may be worn under the shirt or blouse.
• No other jewelry may be worn.
• No make-up or nail polish may be worn.

OTHER REGULATIONS

• Shirts and blouses are to be tucked in at all times
• Belts are to be worn if there are belt loops on the pants or shorts
• Faded pants or shorts may not be worn
• Clothes are to be clean and orderly
• Hair should be well-groomed and appropriate for school

Uniform slacks, shorts, skorts, shirts and blouses can be purchased at department stores in the uniform departments or at Fox’s.  Girl’s skirts (#134) and jumpers (#194) require a certain plaid (#51) and they can be purchased at Fox’s or Schoolbelles.

Outgrown uniforms in good condition will be made available at the Parent Meeting on August 13.
